Please do not take these terms to heart when they seem a little strong they are just terms but we have to be strict to protect us and you.

1. We have the right to refuse any members or customers at any given time.

2. We Reserve the right to change these terms at any given time and we are not responsible for you not reading these terms and it YOUR responsibility at all times to check frequently for any updates. We will usually let you know when the terms have changed but we can not guarantee we will always have the time to do this.

3. You are accepting and are binded by our terms whether you have read them or not. Once you set foot in our membership area or buy anything from our site they are yours and no refunds will be given at any time. Setting foot the first time in our members area whether you have downloaded everything or not binds you to our terms and you automatically forfeit your right for a refund.

4. Do NOT ALTER any of our graphics at any time.

5. None of our graphic/lines/tubes may be used AS IS!!

6. Do Not Make Line Art with our tubes or alter any of our line art to make them yours or put any of our tubes or lines in your membership area or on your site and claim them as your own.

7. You must display a logo on your site linked to www.whimsytubes.com on a membership page at all times.

8. We ask Kindly that you give us at least a text link on any page you use our tubes so that others will be able to join us as well and get things they may like for their creations.

9. Anyone that referrs a member will recieve a free month added to their time so make sure they let us know you sent them and text links will help this.

10. We do not require a tube license for you to tube our lines. This will not change as we do not feel it is right to offer our lines with no tubing license and then changing on our members during their memberships. We will however have a area for special characters etc... or lines we are very close too lol that we may require a license for but they will be seperated and very clearly marked. This helps both of us because it lets up stay limited to the lines we are attached too and gives you something others don't have because the licenses will be limited.

11. Do Not us any of our lines as Is !

12. While we do not like to have to ask for passwords to members area this term is needed for those that may need it. We will not ask for a password to your area UNLESS we see a need for it meaning we have been told by someone that something may be out of our terms and may need to be fixed. When we request this password it must be given to us within 24 hours and failure to do this will result in suspension of your membership without refund or even complete termination depending on the situation.

13. Do not take anything from our site and place it on a free website for all to grab ( this does not mean you can't have a free site and offer our creations it means you can't out of meaness take them and place them out there just for everyone to grab because you feel the need to be immature or unadult like. (Sorry about this term I know it seems kind of harsh but it has happened to others therefore we need this term because if it is found out that this has been done our lawyer will be contacted.

14. NO REFUNDS!

15. No Link displayed you will be suspension. We will give you 72 hours to comply with this when your(secret phrase doodleling is fun) first sign up and it must be clickable and linked correctly.

16. We do not allow DRAMA MAMMAS! If you are a member or customer and starting drama with or without us we have the right to either suspend or term your membership without refund or notice.

17. All Linkware must be linked to www.whimsytubes.com at all times including our tubes that are used in im and outlook stats.

18. Please let us know if you do not understand or have any questions about our terms. The only question that is a dumb question is one that isn't asked. We will do our best to respond within 72 hours.

19. Please remember we are both mothers, Amanda is a mother to three boys and I have one but I also work full time outside the home so please be considerate if it takes us 72 hours to answer your questions.

20. Please be polite and considerate.

22. You must have a website or some kind of means of use for our graphics in order to be a member.
